Fantasy Recommendation?

Of those, I've read and would recommend: Mistborn, Earthsea and Discworld. Pratchett's protagonists tend to be underpowered and would much rather be at home in front of the fire with a nice cup of tea, but they usually grow and learn a lot about themselves as the story progresses.
