Can I change my BIOS?

Can I change the BIOS on my computer? I'm trying to run a hackintosh, but the BIOS on my new computer is so simplified that I can't find the settings that some of the settings that the tutorials say to change and I can't find a tutorial using my BIOS (Phoenix). If it's relevant, I'm on a Samsung R580- JBB2 with an i3 intel 2.4 GHz processor with 4 GB RAM.
