I'm planning on selling OTC Stocks and I was wondering?

I'm planning on selling OTC Stocks and I was wondering? can you sell these stocks pretty easy or no if I were to become a day trader? I saw before that some people can't trade(sell) when they want to? Is there something you can help me with or let me know if there is a trick so I will not have to worry about it...? Just to give you an idea on what otc stocks I'm looking to trade into would be: ELCR, TYRIA, IDOI, GERS, HPNN
