What would happen to the USD if hydrogen bombs would hit the top 100 major cities of USA?

It wouldnt matter, because the US retaliation would be so drastic that your not talking about an economic collapse. This would be the end of the world. There would be a complete breakdown of social services, and the entire world economy would collapse.
