Whats wrong with my bird? Can I click train him?

Okay how old is tom? He looks like he is under stress. Was he taken good care of at the village? Because he is scared, probably something went on there and he is afraid of anyone else. Aw i feel bad :( But anyways, you have to get him out of the cage, put on a glove or oven mit and get him on your finger, and put him on a perch in a closed quiet room. Stay there with him, yes you may click train him but i find it easier to do it without that. Okay you need to tame him, FAST! First start by putting him on your finger, wait a second and if he stays there without biting click it and give him a treat. Repeat it several times. When he basically got that down ( can take days for good results ) try playing with him. Giving him new toys and more. Also you should try to pet him, agian if he lets you click and give him a treat, repeat it, He will get tame and he wont be mad and will let you hold him.
