Where can i find a used chevy camaro?

Im about to turn 16 in a few months and i really want a car and i want a 2010 chevy camaro. Im wondering if anyone know where i might be able to find a cheap used chevy camaro my price range is 10,000 up to 15 or 18,000 can anyone help me. Im in arkansas and i have looked on auto trader i saw one that was 13,500 and it was an auto theft recovery. the transmission and motor was taken, the 2 front seats the front grills the drive door handle is gone and the console was taken also is this a good deal.
